card. However, this rating is strictly the opinion of SALE-PHONECARDS.COM and
it should not be the only factor when considering the purchase of a calling card. The
quality of the calling cards varies on many factors, and SALE-PHONECARDS.COM
will not be held responsible for any discrepancies between the rating and the actual
quality of the calling card.

As a customer, you can

as they wish. When you are ready to buy our products, just simply add
them to the shopping cart and check out when ready. Upon checkout, new
customers will need to fill in Personal Information such as name,
contact number, etc, and Credit Card Information, together with a password
to create a FREE account at SALE-PHONECARDS.COM . As for the returning customers
by using the email address and password, the payment form will be
automatically filled in.
Since the PIN
numbers are sent to the email address provided by the customer, it is the
customer's sole responsibility as far as the accuracy of the email address
is concerned. SALE-PHONECARDS.COM will not be held responsible for any error or
loss of PIN numbers due to a faulty email address.
We will only
use the information provided by our customers to fulfill their order (please refer to our Privacy Agreement.),
and inform them of any new products possibly be an interest to them.

the purchased calling cards will be shown as soon as the credit card
transaction is successful. A copy of the receipt is emailed to the address
provided within a few seconds. In case of any unforeseen technical errors

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with correct email
address. SALE-PHONECARDS.COM shall not be held responsible for any mistaken
delivery produced by customer's false information. SALE-PHONECARDS.COM
also shall not be held responsible for unauthorized use of PIN number;
stolen or otherwise.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ARE APPLICABLE ONLY FOR UNUSED PINS
SALE-PHONECARDS.COM guarantees fitness of phone cards that we sell for up to 10 days from purchase date. In our dedication to customer loyalty, we do everything to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. However, our refund and exchange policy is applicable to unused cards. Sometimes the rates can be different from the rate we state on the website due to the change from the card’s vendors side .If an automated message announces different amount of minutes from what we show on our website, please hang up immediately and contact us. Continuing use of the card at this point means that you agree to the use of the card with the announced amount of time/charge. In this case we cannot refund or exchange the card for you.
Refunds and exchanges are allowed under following terms and conditions:
- If you use the pin accidentally or intentionally after we exchange or refund , your credit card will be charged automatically equivalent to the purchase amount in addition to processing fee, surcharges and any other applicable fee.
- Exchange of the pin has to be equal or less than the selling price of purchased pin.
- Processing fee, surcharges and other applicable fee is non refundable.
- Restocking fee of $1.00 per transaction will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded or exchanged.
- Some products are non-refundable or non-exchangeable due to the maintenance fee charged on pin activation.
- Pins purchased under any special offering or clearance will not be applicable for any refund or exchange.
- Exchange of any pin has to be with the pin of same face value.

Unless otherwise stated, all phone card rates and minutes stated on this web site are for a single call only. Depending on the product, multiple calls may reduce the total amount minutes available.

shall not be held responsible for any loss incurred by customers as the
use of products that it carries. The quality of the prepaid cards that
SALE-PHONECARDS.COM carries are sole responsibility of their manufacturer.
SALE-PHONECARDS.COM shall not entertain any complaints regarding the quality or
misinformation of products that it carries. However, SALE-PHONECARDS.COM shall
assist customers in getting Customer Service number for appropriate
manufacturer.
The images of
the products belongs to their manufacturers and SALE-PHONECARDS.COM only uses
them as sample images. The calling rates are based on the posters that
SALE-PHONECARDS.COM received from our manufacturers. These rates are subject to
change without notice. SALE-PHONECARDS.COM always tries to keep the latest
rates as much as possible. However, if there is any case of discrepancy in
rates, SALE-PHONECARDS.COM shall not be held responsible. SALE-PHONECARDS.COM has no
control over a long distance carrier or the phone cards issuer/producer
being closed down/gone out of business or domestic and International rate
changes. No liability will be assumed by us in such an event.
SALE-PHONECARDS.COM shall not be held liable for technical problems associated with phone cards and/or any related products purchased on SALE-PHONECARDS.COM. SALE-PHONECARDS.COM is only a distributor/reseller. Technical issues should be addressed to the service provider or the manufacturer of said purchased phone cards.

Charge backs are not considered a way of refunding. If you should have any issues WHATSOEVER with charges on your account that have been reflected on your credit card statement, YOU MUST do all that is possible within your means to resolve this directly with SALE-PHONECARDS.COM and without the Bank intervention. It is further understood by you that with this agreement SALE-PHONECARDS.COM has every intention and resources to resolve this with you in the best possible way. The cost of these actions to both the client and SALE-PHONECARDS.COM is intolerable and can and MUST be avoided at all cost.
Customers who prematurely issue charge backs for non-delivery of Pins, order cancellation, refund, exchange, etc. without working through us within our policies/timeline are liable for additional administrative fees. If you initiate a chargeback and we are successful in reversing it, you will be charged applicable administrative fees of $25.00 per charge back .In addition to it each dispute penalty will be added on to the entire outstanding balance. Customers who use this site concedes to the terms and conditions stated in this page.
